Neil Smith - Chief Operating Officer
A qualified accountant (ACA) and member of the ICAEW with 13 years’ experience in financial services, including the last 10 years in a leading Private Equity business.
Matthew Thorbes - Finance Director
A Chartered Global Management Accountant (ACMA, CGMA) with 18 years of experience in the banking and finance industry.
Sarah Leech-White - Head of Risk and Compliance
A highly experienced compliance officer, having held senior positions at Close Brothers and RBS prior to joining Invest & Fund.
Anjalee Jilka - Director, Transaction Management
Anjalee has a wealth of property transactional experience across both big bank and fintech including Nationwide Building Society, Hampshire Trust Bank and RateSetter.
Neil Richardson - Business Development Manager
Prior to Invest & Fund, Neil had 25 years in banking working for RBS, Nat West and Santander, predominantly in the commercial and business sectors.
Dave Bibby - Business Development Manager
Dave has had 36 years of experience in banking, 21 of those specifically in corporate real estate and development funding.
